These Terms of Service ("Terms") govern access to and use of GymNerve's gym management platform (the "Service"). By creating an account or using the Service, you agree to these Terms on behalf of yourself and the gym you represent.

The Service

GymNerve provides a multi-tenant software platform for gyms to manage members, attendance, membership plans, staff, and payments. Each gym's data is kept isolated from other gyms on the platform.

Accounts

You're responsible for maintaining the security of your account credentials and for all activity that happens under your account. Notify us promptly of any unauthorized use.

Subscription and billing

• The Service is offered on paid subscription plans, billed monthly or yearly.
• Plans are distinguished by the number of members and staff included — every plan includes every platform feature.
• New gyms may start on a free trial before choosing a paid plan.

Acceptable use

You agree not to:

• Use the Service for any unlawful purpose or in violation of any applicable law.
• Attempt to access another gym's data or bypass account/tenant isolation.
• Interfere with or disrupt the integrity or performance of the Service.

Data ownership

You retain ownership of the member, attendance, and business data your gym enters into the Service. We use that data only to provide and improve the Service, as described in our Privacy Policy.

Termination

You may cancel your subscription at any time. We may suspend or terminate access to the Service for accounts that violate these Terms or fail to pay applicable fees.

Disclaimers and limitation of liability

The Service is provided "as is" without warranties of any kind. To the maximum extent permitted by law, GymNerve is not liable for indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from use of the Service.

Changes to these Terms

We may update these Terms from time to time. Continued use of the Service after changes take effect constitutes acceptance of the updated Terms.

Governing law

These Terms are governed by the laws of India.
